Invoice

When a business sells goods on credit it will issue an invoice to the purchaser

Debit Note

When the goods received by customer are not in order, faulty, shortages or overcharged by supplier, the customer should issue a debit note to inform the supplier

Credit Note

When goods are returned, reported faulty, or where there has been an overcharge on an invoice, the supplier may issue a credit note

Statement of account

It is a summary of the transactions for the month which is issued by supplier

Receipt

Is a written acknowledgement of money received and acts as proof of payment.

Double entry system

Business using the double entry system to record day-to-day transactions (assets, liabilities & capital)

For example:

On 1st December 2014, a business purchases a motor vehicle by cash, amounted $4500.

The business received motor vehicle and the cash is paid. So, the double entry should be Debit motor vehicle & Credit cash.

孩子犯錯,不用批評,只需問六句話就能讓他知道是非對錯!

孩子是父母的心頭肉,但在孩子長大的過程中,一定會遇到各種問題,
作為家長這時候,急著要孩子知道是非對錯,
搞不好耐不住性子就大發一頓脾氣,隨著自己的情緒批評孩子,
可以先問孩子六個問題,聽聽他們有什麼想法。

而其實這幾個問題也能讓孩子犯錯的事情細末更清楚,並藉由了解事情而得到解決了。
家長們可以試看看,問問以下問題:

第一個問題是:“到底發生什麼事情了呢?”
這個問題看起來不起眼,但是非常重要。

許多父母碰到突發狀況時,會習慣性的以自己的思維下判斷,
“一定是你不乖,才會遇到這種情況。”
“一定是你先打小民,他才會打你。”
“一定是你做錯事,老師才會處罰你。”

但是如果我們不讓孩子從他的角度說說事情的經過,
只是藉由自己的判斷有可能會有盲點,也很有可能冤枉孩子,
這時候要讓​​孩​​子有機會說話、說說事情的真實面貌,
即使真的是他的錯,他也會因為有機會為自己解釋而更甘心認錯,
這時候也是在訓練他的敘述能力,讓他能清楚表達自己發生了什麼事情。

第二個問題是:“你的感覺是甚麼?”
當孩子說出事情經過是事實,他也能藉由敘述去思考事情經過,
在敘述的過程中也明白癥結點在哪裡,這時候問問第二個問題就能讓孩子抒發情緒,
因為他自己心裡受到的衝擊純然是主觀的感受,無所謂是非對錯。

很多時候,我們只是需要把自己的感受說出來而已。一旦說出來,哭一哭,罵一罵,心情就會好多了。
腦科學研究已指出,當一個人情緒強烈的時候,外在刺激不容易被腦部吸收、也不容易做出正確的判斷。

這也表示著當一個人還有情緒的時候,其實別人說什麼他都會聽不進去。總要等到他心情平靜下來,才可能冷靜思考問題與給出正確的決定。

所以如果我們希望孩子能夠聽得進去我們的意見,
我們就需要先了解他的感覺,要讓他的情緒有個出口,說出自己的委屈。

第三個問題:“那你覺得有什麼辦法可以解決呢?”
這個問題的背後是要讓孩子學會獨立思考的能力,
可以不妨跟孩子一起做腦力激盪,引導他想出解決問題的方法,
想各種點子,不管事合理的、不合理的、荒謬的、可笑的、無聊的、噁心的、幼稚的……
其實腦力激蕩的重點就是允許任何看似無用、瘋狂的想法,
而且不論聽到什麼,都暫時不要做批評或判斷。
當你們再也想不出任何點子的時候,可以問問他…台灣教育最嚴重的問題:「我們生下孩子,卻不知該怎麼教育他/她!!」

第四個問題:“這些方法會有怎樣的後果?”
當腦力激盪告一段落,孩子的情緒平復、也瘋狂地提出了想法,
這時候讓孩子自己一一檢視,每個方法的後果會是什麼?
這時候你會發現,大部分的孩子都明白事情的後果。

如果他的認知有差距或是想法有偏差,
這時候就可以跟他好好討論,把他的想法矯正過來,讓他明白現實真相。
這是一個很好的親子溝通機會,但是不要說教和急著給予判斷,只要陳述事實就可以了。
然後問他:

第五個問題:“那你決定怎麼做?”
撇開成人的想法,孩子有可能會選擇對自己最有利的狀況,
如果他了解後果,通常會做出最合理、最明智的選擇。

這時候大人最重要的是言而有信,不能先問了他的決定,然後又告訴他的決定不能這麼做,
那孩子以後再也不敢信任你了。
而且,就算他選擇錯誤,他從這個錯誤中也可以學習到更難能可貴的教訓。
接著問

第六個問題:“結果怎樣?事情是不是想你想的那樣呢?”

也可以問他“下次碰見相似的情形,你會怎麼做?”
強迫他去思考下次遇到同樣狀況該如何因應,並讓他有機會檢視自己的判斷與行為,並做出正確決定,也學著放手讓他承擔責任與後果。

這樣練習了幾次,以後遇到問題孩子會去思考前因後果,並想出正確的解決方式。
孩子就會有自己解決問題的能力,不需要父母操心了。

經典六問:

第一個問題是:“到底發生什麼事情了呢?”

第四個問題:“這些方法會有怎樣的後果?”

父母的教育是孩子一輩子的事,
若要孩子為自己的行為負責,就不能剝奪了孩子履行責任的機會。
要讓孩子學習處理自己的事情,並為自己的決定承擔後果,
從而達到培養孩子責任感與負責的態度。
這樣孩子才能養成獨立思考並解決問題的能力,父母們可以試看看喔!
